Start with a test. Build the batch.
A well-planned bulk order starts with the finished pieces your job needs. Add any extras for organizers, display samples, decorating tests, or last-minute changes. Keep those extras explicit so you can see the difference between your finished quantity and your total order.
The square White Bandana product lists 1-, 12-, 120-, and 600-piece pack options. A pack is not the same as the quantity field: selecting a 12-pack and entering a quantity of two means 24 bandanas. Check both choices in the cart before you continue.
Make the details consistent.
For a repeatable order, write down the complete specification: square size, cotton or polyester, solid or paisley, pack size, and number of packs. Cotton bandanas are 90 GSM. Do not carry that weight claim over to polyester when describing the items to your team.
A sample can help everyone agree on the fabric and fold. For a school or workshop project, have the facilitator test the actual activity on the sample. For resale, confirm packaging and labeling needs directly with the supplier; do not assume they are included in a standard pack.
Plan beyond delivery day.
Delivery is only one part of a project schedule. Allow time to receive the order, inspect it, decorate it if needed, and assemble your finished pieces. Ask about current stock and delivery timing before committing to a required date. This site does not promise a ship date or reserve inventory.
Use Bandanas Wholesale’s contact page for order-specific questions and check its shipping policy. If you are planning supplier-handled customization, explore the supplier’s custom product options before placing a plain-stock order.
Review once, order confidently.
Before checkout, match the cart to your written plan. Check every variant and pack count, then review the final total and destination. Use the live product selector to compare current options without relying on a dated price list.
Meet the blank. Then meet the brief.
A 1 Pack gives you a single bandana for an initial test. A 12 Pack can support a small batch; 120 and 600 Pack options help plan larger jobs. The right choice is the one that matches your approved sample and quantity. Compare the live variant prices instead of assuming every bigger pack has the same savings.
